Remote help: trusted help with your listing
Remote help is for owners who want to list a property but prefer someone they trust to do the typing. The helper works from their own MaliBabm account, the owner approves the connection, and either person can end it at any moment.
A one-time code, approved by you
The owner creates a 6-digit code that expires after five minutes and works once. The helper enters it in their own account, and nothing about the listings is shared until the owner approves the request, which they must do within ten minutes.
What a helper can and cannot do
A helper can create and edit listings, manage photos, publish or pause a listing, mark it sold and reply to buyers with their own name shown. They cannot delete a listing, delete the account or change the owner’s account contact details.
Disconnect at any time
The owner or the helper can end the connection from account settings. Access stops immediately and every listing, photo and conversation stays in the owner’s account.
