Can I list and sell my own house?
You can create and manage your own advertisement on MaliBabm without asking an agency to publish it for you. Advertising directly is not the same as completing a legal property transfer by yourself.
MaliBabm lets owners advertise directly. You arrange enquiries, viewings and negotiation, and you should use the appropriate local professionals and official process for documents, contracts and ownership transfer.
What you can do directly
Create the listing, add property facts and photos, set contact preferences, answer buyers, arrange viewings and update the listing when the situation changes.
What MaliBabm does not do
MaliBabm does not verify title for you, value the property, negotiate as your representative, hold money or complete the legal transfer.
Before you agree to a sale
Check identity and ownership documents, record what has been agreed and seek qualified local legal or property advice for the transaction. Never treat a chat message as proof of payment or ownership.
