Property photos that help buyers understand the home

Good photos do not need to look artificial. They need to show the space clearly, in a logical order, without hiding what a visitor will see.

Create my listing How to price the property

Prepare the room and the light

Tidy personal clutter, open curtains, turn on useful lights and clean the camera lens. Photograph during daylight when possible.

Show the whole layout

Stand steadily near a corner, keep the phone level and include each important room. Add a second angle only when it explains the layout better.

Keep the set honest

Do not stretch rooms with extreme lenses or use edits that change the property. Include important exterior, access and condition details that a buyer should know.
